Pushing boundaries
We understand the importance of relevant industry experience but we also appreciate the synergies between certain sectors. We challenge our clients to employ HR leadership from outside of their immediate industry and, in certain cases, from outside a traditional HR background. No two of our search assignments are the same and nor is the talent pool we create for each project.
